These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MerryNest Market website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. This is a general starter template, not legal advice. Product names, descriptions, photos, prices, and categories shown in this starter site are sample catalog content and may not represent real, stocked, or available products. The owner must verify each item, its specifications, image rights, price, inventory, shipping restrictions, and any safety instructions before advertising or selling it. Images may be illustrative and must not misrepresent the actual product.

3. Order requests and acceptance

Submitting the order form sends a request only. It is not a binding confirmation that a product is in stock, that a price is final, that a delivery date is guaranteed, or that the order has been accepted. The store should confirm availability, taxes, shipping charges, delivery coverage, total price, and any other applicable conditions before confirming an order.

4. Payment methods and cash on delivery

Payment options depend on the store's actual capabilities and service area. The cash-on-delivery option in this demo is not a promise that COD is available. The store must confirm COD coverage, any applicable fees, payment timing, and delivery terms before accepting an order. This site does not collect or process card payments. Do not enter payment credentials in the order form.

5. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Delivery times, shipping costs, serviceable locations, and carrier options must be communicated before order confirmation. Any dates shown by the live business should be realistic and updated. Delays may occur due to carrier, weather, inventory, or other factors; mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this clause.
